In order to secure the various functions of the forest, we need qualified professionals to sustain the comprehensive management of nature.
The Technical Forestry High School in Bruck an der Mur offers a five-year and three-year training program that end with final examinations.After examinations, graduates can either start working in forestry or continue their education at a university. The school is part of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management, though the pedagogical requirements are determined by the Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Culture.
